Application Process

Closing date for applications is August 20, 2010

Eligibility

• Must be a cleantech (see definition of cleantech), life sciences or technology company incorporated in Canada with head office in Canada .
• Must be a private company.
• Must be actively seeking financing (equity or debt) between $1 million and $50 million and/or strategic alliances.
• Must submit a complete application including business plan summary and financial information.

A complete application will consist of:

• A completed online application form.
  A working version of the application form (Word) has been provided to allow you to collect the appropriate information in advance of completing the online application form.
• Page two of the application includes the opportunity to include your logo as well as any supporting documents (max 2) that you feel will stregthen your application.

Please Note:

• Companies selected as one of Canada's Top 10™ Companies will be asked to prepare a two-page overview for distribution to forum delegates.
• All information provided in the application will be kept confidential and will be used by the jury to select the winners.
